- STANDARD REPORT: € 30,00 + VAT (in Italian or in English
language)

The Report consists of:

. directors appointments in other companies
. payment and bankruptcy information
. synthetic balance sheet - last 3 years - key financial items and
ratios
. rating (credit limit suggestion, credit risk percentage, turnovers)
. economic/financial evaluation and trend of the last 3 years
. number of requirements
. news from magazines

- STANDAR REPORT "PLUS": € 50,00 + VAT (in Italian, or in English
or in German language) + 1 translation (choice: max 3 pages of
correspondence or commercial letter or documentation - in English
or in German or in Italian)

The Report consists of:

Commerce, Registration, REA Registration, foundation, social/share-

Further  to the  above mentioned details for  "Standard Reports" the" Master Report" includes
more complete and detailed legal information, information from the "Central Risk Department"
(for Italian service - if required by the customer), more detailed balance-sheets analysis, lists
of companies on international scale, marketing analysis related to the own positioning, to the
competitors, to new potential markets and to other aspects to be evaluated together with the
Customer.
