Opportunities for 2023 about NRRP National Recovery and Resilience Plan
By means of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) huge amount of economic resources distributed in different sectors are foreseen up to 2027 and are represented by Funds, Calls for Proposals, Financing, Contributions and other kind of economic supports.
Fund "Bando CONnessi 2023" MILANO, MONZA-BRIANZA, LODI Contribution for the Development of Digital Strategies for Global Markets
The Chamber of Commerce of Milano, Monza-Brianza, Lodi promote the 2023 Edition of the "Bando CONneSSI"; it applies to Micro, Small and Medium Sized Companies having head-quarter in their own local Territory.
The Fund is focused on implementing Digital Strategies which improve visibility and the business of the Enterprises on Foreign Markets.
Non-Refundable Voucher up to maximum Euros 10.000 equal to 50% of the eligible expenditure against a minimum investment of Euros 5.000.
Application for Requirements from 10:00 am on Tuesday 31st January 2023 up to 14:00 pm on Thursday 16th March 2023 - until economic resources are available.
Digital Export Bonus 2023 - ICE - Invitalia
MAECI (Ministero degli Affari Esteri e della Cooperazione Internazionale/The Minister of Foreign Affairs and of the International Cooperation) and ICE Agency support the digitalization process of SMEs by means of the "Digital Export Bonus" which provides contributions in "de minimis" scheme. It has the purpose of developing the internationalization activity of the manufacturing Micro Enterprises, Networks and Consortia.
Eligible expenditure not lower than Euros 5.000 VAT excluded, contribution of Euros 4.000 for Micro and Small Enterprises
Eligible expenditure not lower than Euros 25.000 VAT excluded, contribution of Euros 22.500 for Networks and Consortia.
Fund "LINEA NTERNAZIONALIZZAZIONE 2021-2027 ANNO 2023 FESR Regione Lombardia"
Regione Lombardia has allocated financial resources of Euros 7.500.000,00; the Funding can be increased up to Euros 15.000.000,00.
Small, Medium-sized Enterprises registered at the Registro delle Imprese (Companies Registry) and with an on-going activity can participate in the Call.. They must have at least two approved and filed balance-sheets by the Registro delle Imprese (Companies Registry), or two submitted Fiscal Declarations for those Subjects not required to disclose their balance-sheets.
The Operative Site must be in Lombardy at the time of granting the Financial Facility which is granted up to 100% of the admitted expenses, that is:
.80% as subsidized loans
.20% as non-repayable contribution.
The Financial Facility cannot exceed the total amount of Euros 350.000,00.

Opportunities for 2022 of NRRP Piano Nazionale di Ripresa e Resilienza
The Minister of Economic Development (Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico - MISE) has foreseen Investments and an Agenda of Reforms especially related to the following Areas: Public Administration, Justice, Semplification, Competitiveness.
This is coherent in full with the six Next Generation UE Pillars concerning the shares of Investment forecast for the Green Projects (37%) and for the Digital Projects (20%).
The NRRP Resources are per an amount of 191,5 billions of Euros shared in the following six Missions:
.Digitalization, Innovation, Competitiveness and Culture - 40,32 billions of Euros
.Green Revolution and Ecological Transition - 59,47 billions of Euros
.Infrastructures for a Sustainable Mobility - 25,40 billions of Euros
.Education and Research - 30,88 billions of Euros
.Inclusion and Cohesion - 19,81 billions of Euros
.Health - 15,63 billions of Euros
For financing further interventions the Italian Government has approved a complementary Fund with Resources for an amount of 30,6 billions of Euros.
The Investments forecast by NRRP and by the Complementary Fund are totally for an amount of 222,1 billions of Euros.
Many Manouvres and Refinancings for supporting the Competitiveness of the Manufacturing System have been introduced in the Balance-Sheet Law 2022 (Legge di Bilancio 2022).
The following Manouvres/Refinancings are here mentioned:
.The Contracts of Development re-financed with 450 millions of Euros for increasing the Investment Projects to support the Competitiveness
.The New Sabatini (la Nuova Sabatini) to support the Enterprises re-financed with a total amount of 900 millions of Euros from 2022 to 2026
.The Patent Box, this Incentive is in 2022 110% instead of 90%, but in the current year does not include Trademarks
.The Fund of Industrial Transition with Resources for an amount of 150 millions of Euros has the target to adjust the National Manufacturing System to the European Politics against the Climatic Changes through the power efficiency re-using and using the manufacturing raw materials and recycled materials.
.The Guarantee Fund with a further increase of its Fund of 3 billions of Euros up to 2027
.Investments 4.0 and Internationalization (Investimenti 4.0 e Internazionalizzazione) with an increase of Resources and the extension of Tax Credits for Investments 4.0 in R&D, Ecological Transition and Tecnological Innovation

Opportunity for Internationalization 2019
The Minister of Economic Development (Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico - MISE) has introduced two Grants for supporting Export. Enterprises will be able to ask for Subsidised Loans for the following kind of activities:
1.building and management of e-commerce platforms (and marketplace management) - availability to ask for max. 300.000 Euros
2.a Temporary Export Manager in the own Company - availability to obtain up to 150,000.00 Euros
Low-Interest Loan 10% as the Interest Loan indicated in the Law in force
Calls for Bids financed by the European Union
The European Commission has launched the Project named "Data Pitch" applied to start-up and to those enterprises already joining the Program "Horizon 2020". The Bid provides for an amount of Euros 100.000,00 for supporting the 50 best projectual ideas using data in order to realize innovative products or services. Moreover, a six-monthly support and many meetings with Investors as a prize, in order to accelerate the process. Requirements of participation had to be sent within 1st October 2017. Calls for Bids by MiSE
On 09th May 2017 had been launched the new portal of MiSE "PONIC.gov.it", to promote the competitiveness especially of the Italian SMEs in consideration of the European programs 2014-2020. This Project includes the Programma Operativo Nazionale (Operative National Program - PON) Imprese e Competitività 2014.2020 under the "Direzione Generale per gli Incentivi alle Imprese, Autorità di Gestione del PON". It includes several programs focused on supporting the competitive re-positioning of the industrial system in eight Regions of the South of Italy. The programs acts directly by means of actions provided by the program itself and indirectly by means of infrastructural actions especially focused on the ultra wideband in the most industrialized areas and focused on the electric network for supplying energy. Programs dedicated to the weakest Regions or areas and to those Regions which are facing a transition period. Areas of competences are: Digital, Environment, Smart Communities, Smart Mobility Systems, and also Turism, the Cultural Patrimony and the Industry of Creativity, as far as the Aerospace Industry (defense), R&S also as a collaborative system applied to the immediate industrialization of Research results.
Voucher for the Digitalization of SMEs
By the resolution of CIPE on 10th July 2017 had been granted available funding for the total amount of Euros 100.000,00 as provided by the law. Afterwards the publication of the resolution on the Gazzetta Ufficiale, the Ministry of Economic Development started the procedure for obtaining the funding. Available a Voucher for a maximum value of Euros 10.000,00 concerning SMEs' digitalization. Vouchers granted for maximum 50% of the total amount of permissible expenses for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises related to the purchase of hardware, software, services finalized to the digitalization of the business processes and to the technological updating. Moreover, specialistic consulting services strictly related to e-commerce implementation, specific software related to the on-line payments, security systems concerning network connection, further to those expenses for the infrastructure implementation and to everything related the wideband and the ultra wideband connection. At the beginning the funding concerned only the eight Regions in the South of Italy, afterwards extended to the whole national territory.
The amount of the Voucher is endowed directly by MiSE in one solution. Requirement of admission must be sent exclusively via electronic transmission (by using PEC and digital signature), according to the procedure described on the Ministry of the Economic Development web site (www.mise.gov.it). Voucher for Internationalization
On 18th September 2017 the Ministry of Economic Development defined the operative ways and the terms for the requirement and for the Vouchers granting concerning the Internationalization, in order to support SMEs and network enterprises in their strategies to the access and to the development on the international markets. Funding available for an amount of Euro 26.000.000,00 under the provisions of the DM 17th July 2017. This is a non-refundable grant endowed as Voucher earmarked for SMEs intended to export supported by a Temporary Export Manager or TEM able to study, project and manage the processes and programs on the foreign markets. The Temporary Export manager to be chosen among those ones in the list published on the Web Site of MiSE within 20th December 2017. Vouchers available for start-ups and for enterprises with a minimum turnover of Euros 500.000,00 recorded in the latest balance-sheet. Voucher for Euros 10.000,00 for a contract at least of Euros 13.000,00 + VAT for a minimum period of six months. Vouchers of Euros 15.000,0 for a service contract for at least Euros 25.000,00 + VAT for a minimum period of 12 months. Redevelopment of the industrial Crisis Areas (Law 181/89)
Under provisions of the DM 26th September 2016 an amount of Euros 80.000,00 had been allocated on the PON IC 2014-2020 in order to support projects about industrial investments, environmental protection, innovation in the organization concerning the redevelopment of industrial areas placed in Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Apulia and Sicily. Within this funding Euro 30.000,00 of PON dedicated to the complex industrial crisis area of Taranto.
Under DM of 31st January 2017 these fundings had been allocated among different areas of intervention (simple and complex areas of crisis according to the law 181/89). For information or details check the Web Site of MiSE or the Gazzetta Ufficiale.
Call for Projects Funding 12.08.2019
On 12.08.2019 has been launched the Call for financing Projects with Innovative Technologies. Projects will have to develop services and solutions in the following fields of application: Creativity, Audiovisual and Entertainment, Logistics, Green Economy, Protection and Enhancement of Made in Italy. The Program supporting the 5G Innovative Technologies consists of a 5 millions Euros total Fund. The Fund will be granted for max. 80% of the recognised admissible expenses and however for an amount not exceeding one million Euro each Project (source: MISE)

Available Grants for supporting the development of Managerial Competences in SMEs
Yesterday the Implementing Decree of the Ministry of Economic Development Luigi di Maio dated 7th May 2019 about the "Voucher for Innovation Manager"was published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale. It has the purpose to support the processes of technological and digital transformation of SMEs and of "Reti d'Impresa" (Enterprises Networks) placed all over the national country.
The measures required in the Budget Law 2019 grants about 75 millions of Euros for the years 2019, 2020, 2021.
The "Voucher for Innovation Manager" is a financing aid instrument finalized to support the development of Management Competences of SMEs, which will adopt Professionals able to implement the technologies required by the Piano Nazionale Impresa 4.0, and to re-new the management and organizational assets of the Company including the access to financial markets and capitals.
The grant is:
.40.000 Euros for Micro and Small Enterprises and consists of max. 50% expenses
.25.000 Euros for SMEs and consists of max. 30% expenses
.80.000 Euros for "Reti d'Impresa" (Enterprises Networks) and consists of max. 50% of expenses
Later on MISE will give indications about ways and terms for subscribing to the list of qualified Managers for Advice and for the presentation of Grant requirement by the side of SMEs and Reti d'Impresa (Enterprises Networks). The objective is to be fully operational by September. (source: MISE)
